Online Seller & Restaurant

Hmmm..I was thinking..maybe I should try to have an online shop.^0^!!!! Yeah..actually,beside making online store, I'm planning to have a halal restaurant..uhmm not a big one, but it's more like a cafe.Maybe I'll name it "muslim cafe" or "UmmRayomi Cafe"LOL...That is my old plan to have a restaurant either cafe since I was single.Since studied culinary, table manner etc. at the high school. I'm going to make this dream come true, inshAllah :D *maybe I'm hoping too much* But...YES!!!InshAllah,when I start to saving my money from teaching at the school, maybe I can .

Since my friend asked me to join her with her bussiness. I'm thinking..maybe if I could have online store for Abayas, and some stuffs that made from Saudi Arabia. From the profit i get inshAllah and from teaching, I can save some money and collect them, bring it back to Japan!^-^ Get the money from own is much better than ask money from someone. Unless, you have rich family :P. But it depend on people character and their choice.

Then..I can start to get some kitchen tools etc. from here.Since it's gonna be expensive to get it from Japan. And one of my friend let me to bring the kitchen and table serve things to her house, and she will keep it for me until my husband graduates and we go back to Japan. The foods will not gonna be only Indonesian dishes, but I would like to mixing all the halal dishes inshAllah!

OOOOOOOOOOhhhhh today I was dreaming too much!LOL

Indonesian???

Hmmm..alhamdulillah,sudah beberapa hari ini saya mengajar di salah satu sekolah terpadu di Madinah. Sungguh, mereka ( the school's manager and supervisor ) tadinya tidak percaya, kalau saya adalah asli Indonesia. Loh kok bisa? Karena most of Indonesian disini bekerja sebagai tenaga kerja rumahan gitu?

Well..saya tetap proud and loved to be Indonesian. Where ever my husband's from, and where we are living now! I still keeping to teach my children to speak Bahasa Indonesia. And yes, I'm proud of my kiddos, they could understand and speak Bahasa Indonesia good enough for their ages.
Dimanapun saya..saya akan tetap selalu mengatakan bahwa saya adalah asli Indonesia. Saya ingin mereka bisa melihat dan menghargai lebih menghargai lagi warga negara Indonesia! Hidup Indonesiaaaaa!!^^

Lovely Shrimp Croquettes ( Japanese shrimp koroke)

First japanese food that I have learned from my dad in law. My husband and I love to eat koroke (croquette), so..one day when we were in Atlanta,to visit my husband's parents and family..my dad in law called me and told me to come to the kitchen with him to make some japanese dishes. And one of them was croquette. He taught me how to make ground beef croquette.
Then..day by day I started to learn the other japanese dishes from my dad in law. He was my first teacher actually who taught me some Japanese foods. I remember too, when we just have first baby, my dad and mom in law came to visit us to Japan from US, and during their visit days, he was the one who cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner for us. I was soo embarassed , because i tought they were guests in our house,so ,I'm suppoused to serve them. But he told me,in Japan there's a culture that sometimes, parents or in law stay with their children who just have a new born baby to help them at least for a week such as cooking or cleaning the house. Hmm..I'm  so glad I have them as my In law.
Okay,..so here's the recipe fro shrimp croquette, you change the shrimp with ground beef or chicken as you like to have them in your croquette.Enjoy!!
